For over half a century the winery Le Mandolare has been making wine from the grapes born from the vineyards of Brognoligo, Castelcerino, Fittà and Monteforte, in the cradle of the Soave wine.

A corner of the earth that had already been chosen by the Bishops of Verona for their idle gatherings back in the sixteenth century. Indeed, getting to this place from the city, the prelates found in the natural environment, still at times uncontaminated today, that natural garden created by the hills of the Alpone valley.
