In the mouth: on the palate, it is fuller-bodied and silky, with a lovely, lingering acidity.

VINIFICATION

Vine layout: manual harvest, directly soft pressing and immediate separation of must and skins with no maceration.
Aging: in stainless steel tanks for three months.
