​A large family, a great common passion. Over a century of history for five generations: from the great-grandfather Antonio to the current sole director Italo, who, together with his son and daughter Anna and Andrea, continues the tradition of a company which has always sought out and found basic and authentic values in work, research, and quality. Together with the Maschio family, whole generations of vine growers, distillers, enologists, and wine-making technicians grew and were trained. Sharing the same experiences and desire for innovation and quality in every creative and production aspect.
THE METHOD
Emotion has always been a fundamental constant in the tradition and culture of distilling. It means passion; the desire for knowledge and sharing; an emption which, above all, means unceasing and attentive presence, facing the evolution of taste. Only with our emotion can we truly and fully restore to our products all the qualities that characterise them so well. Skilful acts, uncontaminated nature, the desire to discover, uniqueness, and simplicity. All of these are part of our world; they represent us. And, most of all, they represent our spirits, in all of their varied, unique, emotional intensity.
GRAPPA 903 TIPICA
This grappa is dedicated to Bonaventura Maschio, the Company’s founder born in 1903 who, not only has given the Company his name, his own style and character as well, along with his experience, today considered a milestone in the making.
It is the grappa with a great personality: a masterful blend between different grapes distilled in dedicated copper stills.

GRAPPA THE QUEEN MOSCATO
The Moscato grape speaks the language of smoothness and aroma. We also wanted it to have refinement and elegance, to turn it into a true queen.
The Queen is a personal tribute that the Distilleria Bonaventura Maschio wished to dedicate to this beloved variety. Thanks to the highly selected grape marcs and the sweet rest in small oak barrels. The Queen stands out as a particularly fine grappa.

Aroma: aromatic and fascinating, with hints of flowers and exotic fruit, and a final delicate scent of sweet spices.
Palate: soft and persistent, with fruity and floral notes and a light pleasant, tasty feel.

PRIME UVE NERE
This elegant spirit comes from red grapes, harvested when fully ripe and processed using an exclusive method, where the distillation performed through vacuum-sealing guarantees the original aromatic quality. It is subsequently refined through a period in wooden barrels. Prime Uve Nere expresses its rich, delicate bouquet at its best at room temperature.

PRIME UVE BIANCHE
It is the result of the distillation of fine, perfectly ripe, and scented white grape varieties which enhance its originality. Its fresh aroma is the result of the careful selection of perfectly ripened grapes, and a rigorously monitored unique process, that guarantees quality all the way from harvest to fermentation and distillation.
Straight out of the grape, Prime Uve Bianche is a unique, smooth, and fragrant distillate. Best served slightly chilled.
