Vermentino di Sardegna DOC

Straw colour with green tints, brilliant. Intense and persistent with scents of flowers and plants, rosemary, thyme and sage. Flavour with a clear predominance of vegetal notes, warm and full of good thickness and balanced with a long persistence.

VINIFICATION


Brief contact with the skins, after cleaning, the must obtained from crushing ferments in stainless steel tanks with the addition of selected yeast at a constant temperature of 15 ° C. After fermentation, the aging on its lees follows for a few months then the wine is ready for the refinement in glass.

CLIMATE

​

The vineyard is located in an amphitheatre of limestone rolling hills overlooking the sea of the south Sardinia.. the same sea that is able to mitigate the winter and to refresh the summer nights, and the mistral wind that blows constantly bringing salinity from the sea that is added to the minerality coming from the soil.
