Perfect as an aperitif or as a compliment to salads, first course with fish and vegetarian fare.
Colour: pale lemon-green.
On the nose: intense floral and fruity aromas.
In the mouth: dry and zesty on the palate, with well-rounded structure and a flavourful, long finish.
Tai 60% (or Friulano, former Tocai)
Pinot Bianco 25%
Pinot Grigio 15%
VINIFICATION
Vine layout: cold maceration for two days and soft pressing completely with no oxidation.
Aging: in stainless steel tanks for six months.
