Its brilliant red, its intense, its robustness, fully reflect the warmth of the sun, the sapidity of the sea and the generosity of our land.

Colour: intense red with violet hues.
On the nose: it releases wide and fruity aromas reminiscent of red-berried fruits, plums and Morello cherries.
On the palate: it is structured, intense but with an excellent balance, warm and enveloping.
Food pairings: it is best expressed with red meats and roasts but also pleasantly accompanies aged cheeses, dry pasta or topped with cream and béchamel.
Serving temperature: 18° – 20° C

VINIFICATION
​
The grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed, conditioned and conveyed to temperature controlled stainless steels vats, where the fermentation takes place. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats and bottle before to be released into the market.
