IGT Marca Trevigiana

Renovatio is a Pinot Bianco in purity, exaltation of the freshness and aromaticity of the grape.

The rest on the lees for 8 months with batonnage leads to a wine with an important structure and persistence, increasing its length in the mouth and its importance in general.
The label was born during the lockdown due to covid-19 in the period from March to May 2020.

The word Renovatio from Latin means Rebirth and this is the key concept represented by the design on the label.
On the left we find a phoenix that rises from the ashes, that is, that takes flight abandoning that period of fear and uncertainty that we have all experienced all over the world.
On the phoenix there are a man and a woman who begin this journey of rebirth towards the tree of life (right) and towards a more serene and flowery horizon.
The invitation and wish we want to express with this label is to abandon the flames and take a path towards serenity.
The path is represented by a source of water that takes the form of the Buddhist symbol Unalome.

This symbol represents the various phases of our life in which we pass from a spiral period (chaos and confusion) to the right path, to the final point inside the tree that represents full self-awareness and peace.

Colour: straw yellow.

Nose: notes of pear and ripe apple. Citrus and mineral with a hint of elderflower.

Flavour: It has a full, warm, mineral and rightly acidulous taste.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C.

VINIFICATION

Vinification in steel at low temperatures, aging on the lees with batonnage for 8 months.

AGING 

Bottling and storage of the bottles horizontally in air-conditioned rooms for more than a month before being put on the market.
