TASTING NOTES
Elegant, fine and persistent perlage.
Lightly salty with notes of pear, apple and a hint of bread crust. Its dry and delicate flavour makes it a pleasantly fresh and harmonious.
It shines in its crystal clear straw yellow colour with greenish reflections.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE
10°C during the winter and 6-8°C in the summer. External temperature that could raise or lower the wine temperature more or less quickly should be taken into consideration.

PAIRING
The harmonious union between flavour and acidity allows an excellent matching with fish dishes. Perfect as an aperitif.

VINIFICATION
First fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, followed by the second fermentation in "autoclave" with the Martinotti-Charmat method for a duration of at least 45 days.
TERROIR
Soil Stony and medium-textured soils near the Piave river.
